Care & Ordering Tips 🫶
• All items are shaped by hand using high-quality aluminium wire and pliers. The finished pieces are beautiful but delicate, so please handle with care.
• This is NOT a toy, and is intended for decorative purposes only
• Size guide: 10cm
• Double-barrelled surnames may be split over 2 lines
• Handmade items may vary slightly in size
• Wire tones can differ between batches and might look a little different to on screen.
• Letters such as i and j won’t include dots, and accent punctuation isn’t possible.

Turnaround & Delivery 📦
• Please check current production times before ordering, as they can change depending on demand. These are clearly displayed during check out.
• Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked48, with faster upgrades available at checkout.
• Delivery dates are estimates, especially during busy periods. Once your piece is handcrafted and carefully packaged, it’s over to Royal Mail to get it safely to you. I’m always here to help with any delivery queries, but please understand that I can’t control the speed of delivery once your parcel has been dispatched.
