Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 2 weeks, from the date your order is placed to the date of dispatch. Processing times may increase during busy periods, please pay attention to estimated delivery dates shown during checkout.
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. Please check the details that email carefully, as those are what I will use when making your personalised item.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your destination. Once dispatched, you can expect the following ESTIMATED delivery windows:
- UK Shipping (Standard): Royal Mail Tracked48, 2-3 working days
- UK Shipping (Express): Royal Mail Tracked24, 1-2 working days
Please note, these times are in addition to production time taken to create your personalised item.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. This will allow you to follow your order’s journey until it arrives at your door.
Delays & Issues
While I work hard to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen factors such as carrier delays, or extreme weather conditions may affect shipping times. If your order is delayed or there are any issues with delivery, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help. I, however, can’t be held responsible for any delays to delivery that are beyond my control.
