2. Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! I specialise in bespoke designs, and I'd love to work with you to create a piece that fits your vision. Just drop me a message via the ‘Contact Us’ page, or email hayley@thewireboutique.co.uk

3. What kind of wire do you use?

All items are made using anodised aluminium wire. The wire used is high quality, however, on occasion very small imperfections can occur. Wire from my supplier can vary in tone from batch-to-batch (so if you are wanting a number of items to be made in exactly the same wire, please order all items together).

4. How can I place an order?

You can place your order directly through The Wire Boutique website. Simply browse the collections, add your favourite items to your basket, and complete the checkout process.


5. What are your production times and delivery options?

Production times are normally around 2 weeks (from date order is received, to date of dispatch).

Shipping is currently available to UK (domestic) and US addresses. Shipping times vary depending on your destination and selected shipping method. Once dispatched, you can expect the following ESTIMATED delivery windows:

» UK Shipping (Standard): Royal Mail Tracked48, 2-3working days
» UK Shipping (Express): Royal Mail Tracked24, 1-2 working days
» US Shipping: UPS or similar courier, 2-4 business days (

Please note, these times are in addition to the set processing time (normally around 2 weeks).


6. Should I receive a confirmation email?

Yes! Excellent customer service is an absolute must for me, so expect to receive a comprehensive confirmation message after placing your order. This message will confirm the details of your order, and also your expected dispatch date.


7. What is your return and refund policy?

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, please contact me to discuss.

Non-custom items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
» 
Custom orders: Since these are made specifically for you, I cannot accept returns (unless the item is damaged/defective, or there has been an error on my behalf). This includes any items that are personalised.

8. How do I care for my wire creation?

To ensure your purchase remains beautiful…
» Please fully read the personalised care card included with your order, before unpacking your item
» Handle all items extremely carefully. The wire is manipulated by hand/pliers into the final design, and as such it follows that the finished piece will be delicate and easily misshapen if not handled with consideration
» Keep your item in its protective packaging until you are ready to use it
