1. What products are available?
The Wire Boutique offers a range of handcrafted wire designs to celebrate every occasion - from weddings and birthdays to home styling and seasonal pieces.
You’ll find:

» Personalised place names
» Seasonal collections (Christmas, Halloween, etc)
If you’re looking for something extra special, I can accommodate most custom requests - just get in touch to chat about your ideas!
2. What are your production times and delivery options?
Each item is made to order, and production time varies depending on demand. The header at the top of the home page should show current production time (which is from the date your order is placed to the date it’s dispatched).
Shipping:
Currently, shipping is available within the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations). Once dispatched, you can expect the following estimated delivery windows:
» Royal Mail Tracked48 (Standard): 2–3 working days
» Royal Mail Tracked24 (Express): 1–2 working days
Please note, these timeframes are in addition to production lead times.
3. Do you offer rush orders?
Sometimes life moves fast, and I completely understand that! If you need your item sooner than the standard lead time, I may be able to offer a rush order service, depending on my current workload and the complexity of your request.

Rush order requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, and an additional priority fee may apply.
4. Should I receive a confirmation email?
Absolutely! 💌 Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated dispatch date.
Customer service is a huge priority for me, so if you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to reach out.
5. Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! Custom designs are a big part of what I do. If you have a specific idea or vision in mind, I’d be delighted to create something unique for you.

6. What kind of wire do you use?
All creations are made using high-quality anodised aluminium wire, typically between 1.5mm and 3mm in diameter.
Please note - as with all handmade materials, tiny imperfections or slight tone variations can occasionally occur between batches. If you need several pieces in the exact same colour, it’s best to order them together.
7. How do I care for my beautiful wire piece?
To keep your item looking its best:
» Read the care card included with your order before unpacking your item
» Handle gently! The wire is hand-shaped, and can easily bend if mishandled
» Keep it stored safely in its protective packaging until you’re ready to use it
8. What is your returns and refunds policy?
I want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please contact me to discuss.
» Non-custom items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided they’re unused and in their original condition.
» Custom or personalised items: As these are made especially for you, I can’t accept returns unless the item is damaged, or I’ve made an error.
