After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review your order carefully to ensure all details are correct. Orders are normally processed within 2 weeks of confirmation, but this may vary based on demand.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, I only accept returns or exchanges for damaged/defective items, or where there is an error on my behalf. If you receive a faulty item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or replacement. Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
