Personalised Wedding Guest Setting - Bow with Name

Each name charm is made to order using lightweight 1.5mm aluminium wire, carefully shaped by hand.

Every charm is finished with a hand-tied 40mm fabric bow in your chosen colour.

Choose from two finish options:

- Flat Lay
A hand-tied bow with your personalised name, perfect for placing on top of napkins, place settings, etc.

- Finished with Tails
The same personalised bow, finished with 3mm satin ribbon ‘tails’ at the back ready to tie onto wine glasses, gift bags, etc.

As every piece is individually made, slight variations can occur. Lettering may vary subtly between pieces, and small maker's marks from the tools used to shape the wire may occasionally be visible. These are simply a natural part of the making process.

Your charms have been shaped by hand using aluminium wire, so please handle them with care. Although the wire is designed to hold its shape, it can bend if pressed or pulled.

Keep your charms in their protective packaging until you're ready to use them, and avoid placing pressure on the wire lettering to help keep them looking their best.

Your bows may look a little flattened after their journey through the post. A quick fluff of the loops and tails is all that's needed to bring them back into shape – there's no need to re-tie them.

A little care will help keep your charms looking its best for your special day and beyond.

Every piece is made to order, so once your order is placed then it will get booked into my diary for making.

Your estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout and is based on my current workload. I recommend ordering in good time before your wedding date, so your piece arrives with plenty of time to spare.

Your bows are wrapped in tissue paper and packaged securely in a protective postal box, ready to make its way to you.

I recommend keeping the packaging so your bow charms can stay protected and looking their best until you need them.

Because every piece is personalised and made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has entered the making process.

If you need to make a change, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll always do my best to help if your piece hasn’t already been started.

If there’s ever an issue with your order when it arrives, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help. In the unlikely event of postal damage or a mistake on my part, I’ll arrange a replacement where needed and prioritise getting it back to you as quickly as possible.

• Colours can vary slightly between what you see on screen and the finished piece.

• Wire tones can also vary between batches, so if you’re ordering multiple items to match, I’d recommend ordering them all at the same time.

• You will need to be gentle with your piece, the aluminium wire is beautiful but delicate.
