Each name is hand-sculpted using 1.5mm aluminium wire, specifically chosen for its lightweight feel and delicate finish. To save you time, every 40mm premium fabric bow arrives pre-assembled and hand-tied for a consistent, perfect shape, with your personalised name uniquely integrated into the design.

Two finish options available;
• Simple Flat Lay: The pre-assembled bow on its own - ideal for placing directly onto a napkin or plate for a clean, minimalist table setting.
• Finished with Tails: Includes 3mm satin ribbon attached to the back of the bow, ready for tying securely around glass stems, gift bags, proposal boxes, etc.

Each bow charm is individually hand-sculpted in the studio. Once your commission is received, wire is carefully shaped by hand to create the flowing script of your chosen name - without the use of jigs or machinery.

As every piece is crafted using traditional hand tools, subtle maker’s marks may be visible where pliers have met the wire.

While these are kept as minimal as possible, these slight impressions are a natural part of the making process - a signature of the hand-crafted journey and the unique character of your keepsake.

As each name is hand-sculpted, the wire remains a delicate and malleable material. Just as it was shaped by hand in the studio, it can be reshaped or distorted if handled without care.

Store your charms within their protective packaging until you’re ready to use them.

To ensure the structural integrity of the design for years to come, please avoid applying pressure to the wirework.

Each piece is individually hand-sculpted to order in the studio. Once your commission is received, it enters a making queue.

Current delivery estimates are provided at checkout, and are based on the current studio volume.

It’s recommended to order as early as possible, to ensure your hanger arrives well in advance of your wedding date or photography sessions.

Every hanger is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, and delivered in a protective postal box to ensure your keepsake arrives in perfect condition.

While we are currently refining a bespoke gift-box experience for future release, additional gift wrapping is not available at this time.

Due to the highly personalised nature of our bespoke hangers, returns or exchanges can’t be accepted once a piece has been created. Cancellations should be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Great pride is taken in the craftsmanship of every commission; however, should any concerns arise upon delivery, please contact the studio directly.

Ensuring each keepsake is a beautiful addition to your wedding morning is the priority, and every effort will be made to find a resolution.

• Natural Wood: As the hangers are made from natural wood, the grain and tone may vary.

• Finishes: Wire and ribbon finishes may vary slightly between the final product and on-screen.

• Wire Gauges: Tone of may vary slightly between the 2.5mm and 1.5mm wire gauges used for names and dates.

• Batch Consistency: Wire tones can vary between batches; please order sets together if a perfect match is desired.

• Hardware: Hooks are silver-toned, except for ‘Dark’ wood hangers which feature gold-toned hardware.

• Handling: Each name is hand-sculpted; the wire is delicate and should be handled with care to avoid bending.

• Variations: There may be a variation in the wood colour / finish between the adult-sized and child-sized hangers.

• Bows: The hand-tied fabric bows are securely glued to the wooden frame of the hanger, and are not removable.
