Naughty List Bauble - Your Own (Very Rude?) Custom Wording

Your item is carefully shaped by hand using aluminium wire.

Names and wording are created using 2.5mm wire, with finer 1.5mm wire used for added detail and support.

Each item is made individually, meaning small variations may occur between pieces. You may notice subtle differences in the lettering or small maker’s marks from the tools used during the making process - all part of creating a piece that has been shaped by hand.

Your item has been shaped by hand using aluminium wire, so please handle it gently. Although the wire is designed to hold its shape, it can bend if pressed, pulled or caught.

Always avoid handling or pushing down on the wire lettering.

Every piece is made to order, so once your order is placed then it will get booked into my diary for making.

Your estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout and is based on my current workload. I recommend ordering in good time for Christmas - production times will increase with demand.

As standard, your item is presented on a piece of hammered-texture backing card. Wrapped in tissue paper, and packaged securely in a protective postal box, ready to make its way to you.

If you select a gift box option, then your item comes beautifully displayed in a lid-and-base gift box, with matching velvet bow on the front.

I recommend keeping the packaging so your item can stay protected and looking its best until you’re ready to use it (and also if you’re packing your item away so it can be used again next Christmas!).

Because every piece is personalised and made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has entered the making process.

If you need to make a change, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll always do my best to help if your piece hasn’t already been started.

If there’s ever an issue with your order when it arrives, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help. In the unlikely event of postal damage or a mistake on my part, I’ll arrange a replacement where needed and prioritise getting it back to you as quickly as possible.

• Each item is made to order with your unique personalisation, so the final size and ‘look’ can vary depending on the length/shape of your chosen lettering. 
• With tree toppers, the position of the spiral may vary depending on the shape of your unique lettering. 
• Most designs have atleast two lines of lettering - the layout may not be perfectly centred. Each design is arranged individually to create the best overall balance and finish.
• Colours may vary slightly between what you see on screen and the finished piece. Wire tones can also vary between batches, so if you are ordering multiple items, I’d recommend ordering all together.
• Lettering and the supporting ‘joins’ are created using different wire thicknesses. There may be a slight colour tone difference between the thicker and thinner wire.
